Publishing a MicroForum increases transparency and engagement by allowing members to discover and join forums relevant to their interests. Admins and champions can manage visibility and edit details at any time.

1. Navigate to Forum Hub &gt; MicroForum &gt; My MicroForums.

2.       Select the forum you want to publish.

3. Click Publish and review forum details.

Tip: Published forums appear immediately in the Marketplace and can be updated anytime.

Publishing enables members to browse and join MicroForums independently. Use your “share” link to add it to your communication channels, like newsletters or WhatsApp.

Admins can edit published forums without unpublishing them.

Published forums are searchable by topic, region, and industry.

Only members or spouse partners affiliated with your selected chapter can opt in. There is also an additional check to see if your setup is only for primary chapter members.
