Usage
You can add members or spouse/partners to a forum in a variety of ways. Doing this affiliates the member with the forum and impacts the member engagement scores as well as chapter metrics.

Steps
Navigate to person's name
1a. For members or spouses/partners who are pending forum placement, navigate to forums > pending forum placement.
1b. For members or spouses/partners active in forum, who need to be added to another forum, navigate to forum membership > chapter roster with forum details
Add forum affiliation action
2. Next to the member or spouse/partner name click on add forum affiliation.
Add forum details
Complete:
Account Name = Forum Name
Contact = Member or Spouse/Parter
Start Date = Start date in the forum
Things to know
Being active in forum means that the member or spouse/partner has an active forum affiliation for an active forum. The system will update the member's or spouse's/partner's forum status automatically in a few minutes.
