Usage
Forums evolve, and members and spouses/partners can join and leave forums throughout their experience in YPO and in your chapter. Follow these steps to remove them from the forum.

Steps
Navigate to edit forum affiliation
1. Click into the Forums module.
2. On the Forum Membership > Chapter Forum Membership view, locate the member or spouse/partner you need to remove from the forum.
3. Click on the drop-down caret and select Edit Forum Affiliation.
4. Complete the following fields:
Is Active = Uncheck the box.
End Date = Date person left forum.
Reason for Leaving
Reason for Leaving Other (if required)
5. Click Save.
Things to know
After you remove a person from a forum, they will no longer be on the chapter forum membership view, unless they belong to another chapter forum.
The person's member forum status will update automatically.
If they belong to another forum in YPO, their forum status will stay as "active."
If they do not belong to another forum, they will be updated as "pending placement."
