CM Hub: Chapter Officer Access

Usage

The Chapter Management Hub is the chapter's access point to YPO's Salesforce system. The chapter officers can use the platform to manage and approve leads and chapter transfers, manage forums and officer ladders, and view metrics, lists, and dashboards for your chapter.

Things to know

NEW: As of January 2026, spouses/partners serving in Family Officer, Spouse/Partner Officer, or Spouse Forum officer roles have access to the CM Hub!

How access works

  • Chapter officers must be entered into the CM Hub by a chapter manager or chapter leadership to have access granted to the CM Hub.

  • Access to the Chapter Management Hub is determined by officer position and when the service occurs. See the table below.

  • Officers get access as elect officers (the FY before term starts) and maintain their access when they are current officers.

  • Officers lose access when their current officer role concludes on 30 June.

Officers log in to the CM Hub in the same way as Chapter Managers.
