Usage
Chapters can view chapter, region and global data on forum, membership and engagement through Salesforce dashboards on the CM Hub. These dashboards allow users to drill into the data to learn the "who" behind each data element.

Steps
Navigating for the first time
1. On the Chapter Data module, click on Actions > View Salesforce Dashboards.
The next screen will show your Recent dashboards if you have viewed a dashboard previously. If this is your first time, the screen will be blank.
2. Click on All Folders.
3. Click on Chapter Dashboards folder.
4. Click on your region's dashboard folder.
5. Click on the dashboard you want to view**. All chapters have three dashboard options:
Member Engagement (charts on onboarding, vouchers, profile completion, network involvement, and champion roles).
Forum (charts on forum status, moderators, and forum training).
Membership (charts on membership, leads/prospects, graduates, renewal, and member company details).
**Click on all three dashboards so they will show in your Recents for faster navigation next time!
Navigating on a repeat visit
If you have viewed Salesforce dashboards previously, navigating becomes simpler!
1. On the Chapter Data module click on Actions > View Salesforce Dashboards.
2. Click on the dashboard you would like to view.
If you do not see the dashboard you are looking for, follow the steps for navigating for the first time.
Things to know
If you would like to share a dashboard, you can copy the URL and send it to any CM Hub user.
If you are not seeing words on steps 3 and 4, the issue is that the column is too skinny to display the text. Place your cursor on the column separator to expand the column, allowing space for text to display.
