YPO - Chapters & Regions

The Chapter Events Dashboard is a Tableau Dashboard that lives on the same portal as all other Chapter Dashboards (For ex. Chapter Commitments Dashboard). This is designed to pull data from your Cvent events &amp; visualize them in the form of widgets to help understand your current state of the union with Cvent events &amp; help build better strategies.

2. Click on Resources in the top navigation bar

3. Click on Chapter Studio from the ' Administrator Access' area

4. Scroll down &amp; click on Chapter Management Hub option in the Chapter Management Hub section

5. Scroll down to the Chapter Data section &amp; click on the actions drop down menu &amp; click on 'View Tableau Dashboards'

6. Click on the 'Chapter Dashboards' drop down menu &amp; select 'Chapter Events Dashboard'

The Chapter Events Dashboard is designed to only pull Cvent event data

Please remember to select your region &amp; chapter name from the filters to see data from your chapter

The data on the dashboard is being sourced from Salesforce which in turn comes from Cvent. Therefore, there might be delays in data update depending on how/when the data is passed on the Salesforce

The Dashboard can extract data from the current fiscal (FY25-26). Please reach out to the Data &amp; Insights team for data from previous fiscal years
