Usage
To create a new MicroForum for your event using the MicroForum platform.

Steps
1. Complete the Microforum Details page. Select either the entire event or the event session. Add the name and description, and select your event name from the dropdown list. Click, Save & Continue.
2. Review email templates. Click, Save & Next.
3. Select between the options to add participants. Click, Save.
4. Assign a Champion and optional secondary admins. Click, Save & Continue.
5. Schedule when you would like to send your invitations. Click, SCHEDULE.
6. Set visibility to published (optional).
7. Wait until your attendees have opted in and press the “send pairings” button at your event to release a single round of pairings. You can send multiple pairing rounds.
**Important: Pairings don’t release automatically; you have to press the button.**
Things to know
Pairings are sent ONLY when you press the “Send Pairings” button.
Send your invites before the event.
Your champion will have the ability to edit after you create.
Your champion will participate in pairings.
Only the chapter manager can create new Microforums. Champions can only edit after creation.
