Steps
Rogue forum member = People participating in a chapter forum who are NOT an active YPO member in any chapter.
Navigate to the chapter forum
1. Click into the Forum module.
2. Navigate to the Chapter Forums tab.
3. Click on the chapter forum name that you want to indicate rogue members.
Update the # of rogue members
5. Click the edit icon next to the field Number of Non-YPOi Members. Update the field to indicate the number of rogue members active in the forum.
6. Click Save.
Things to know
The Remaining Spaces in Forum field will update to reflect the rogue members. The field calculates based on the following: Forum Capacity - # of Members in Forum - Number of Non-YPOi Members = Remaining Spaces in Forum.
Chapters cannot add the rogue members names to the forum. Only a number of rogue members is allowed by the system.
If you need to add a non-chapter member to the forum, who is active in YPO you can follow these steps: Add non-chapter to a chapter forum.
