Usage

Edit an existing Canva design by uploading a PDF file into your Canva account to convert it into an editable design.

Import a PDF

Option A: Upload from the Homepage

1. Log in to your Canva account.

2. Click the Upload button at the top-right corner.

3. Import your PDF or drag and drop the file into the Canva platform.

4. Go to your Projects section, locate the uploaded file, and click its thumbnail to start editing.

Edit your Uploaded Design

Make Changes

1. Modify text, colors, and images.

Add or Remove

2. Add or remove elements

Adjust Layout

3. Rearrange or adjust the layout.

Note: If you download a Canva design as an image (e.g., PNG or JPG), it becomes non-editable. You won't be able to change the text or colors after exporting.


Share or Download your Final Design

Download

1. Click the Share button, then select Download.

Choose Format

2. Choose the format that best fits your needs: PNG, JPG, or PDF.

Share via Link or email others

3. You can also share your design via a link or by emailing it directly to others.
