YPO provides recorded Canva virtual trainings to support Chapter Managers in using Canva effectively for chapter communications, events, and content creation. Use this guide to revisit previous sessions or catch up on training you may have missed.

Steps
Access YPO Connect
1. Log in to YPO Connect using your YPO credentials.
2. Ensure you are logged in with your Chapter Manager role.
TIP: Your YPO credentials are usually your first name_last name. It is not your email.
Navigate to Chapter Manager Courses
3. From YPO Connect, select Resources.
4. Open Chapter Studio.
5. Scroll down to Chapter Manager Courses and open the course page.
You can perform a page-level search using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (macOS).
Find Canva trainings
6 Once the Chapter Manager Courses page opens, choose one of the following:
- Click Topics and use the Search Bar and type Canva
- Use the Catalogue Menu to search for Canva or other trainingsl
Open a training
7. Select the Canva virtual training you want to view.
8. Click the course or recording to watch the session.
9. Review any supporting materials provided, such as slides or links.
