Steps
Create a Canva website
1. Open Canva and select Website as your design type.
2. Choose a website template or start from a blank design.
Add new pages
3. Scroll to the bottom of your design.
4. Click Add page to create a new page.
5. Repeat to add additional pages as needed.
Each page acts like a separate section of your website.
Organize page order
6. Use the page thumbnail view to drag pages into the desired order.
7. Ensure the flow matches how visitors will navigate the site.
Create visual sections within a page
8. Use headings, spacing, and background colours to visually separate sections on a page.
9. Add shapes or divider elements to clearly distinguish content blocks.
Canva websites scroll vertically, so sections are created visually rather than as separate pages.
Add Template Design
Note: You can always choose any template design from any template design. Each Page can have multiple section.
Add navigation links
10. Select text or buttons you want to use for navigation.
11. Click Link and choose a page or section within the website.
12. Test links to confirm they navigate correctly.
Publish the website
13. Click Publish website.
14. Choose a free Canva domain or connect a custom domain if available.
15. Preview the site before sharing.
