Enter the elect officers
2. Prior to 1 November, the chapter manager or chapter officers must enter the officer positions into the Chapter Management Hub. Learn how.
Managing changes to your elect officers
After your chapter enters the elect core officers for the next fiscal year, changes to named officers should be rare but can happen because of extenuating member circumstances.
Changes made to officer roles on the CM Hub after 1 November will impact your chapter's ability to meet the Core Officer Identification commitment.
Things to know
Chapters must enter one or more officers for each core role to meet the Core Officer Identification commitment.
Core elect officers entered after 1 November will not count toward the Core Officer Identification commitment, unless the chapter gets CRC approval for the extenuating circumstances. Learn more.
