Usage

The chapter conduct committee commitment requires chapters to name 3 or more current chapter conduct committee members. This process is the same as entering your chapter officers.

Platform

Chapter Management Hub

Steps

As a chapter, determine who will serve on the chapter conduct committee (CCC). If you need guidance, refer to the Conduct Committee Toolkit.

Enter CCC member

1. On the CM Hub, go to Operations > Actions > Create a Chapter Officer.

2. In the pop-up select the Position as Chapter Conduct Committee Member.

3. Complete the remaining prompts

  • Contact = Person serving on the CCC

  • Identification Status = Filled

  • Status = Current (serving in role this FY) or Elect (serving in role next FY).

    • Start Date and End Date will automatically populate based on the Status selected.

Locate identified CCC members

Find your current or elect CCC members on the Operations > Chapter Officer views.

Things to know

  • Chapter conduct committee positions will follow the fiscal year (1 July - 30 June).

  • Chapters can enter these positions as elect roles, and they will update to current roles based of the role start date (it will work just like officer positions).

  • The Chapter Conduct Committee Member roles will NOT appear on YPO Connect.
