Chapters need to update and verify their forum data once per fiscal year to meet the Forum Data Commitment.

Steps
Meeting this metric requires 2 steps:
Chapter reviews and updates chapter forum data, including:
Add or dissolve chapter forums.
Add or remove member from forums.
Add or update forum moderators.
Update forum training data.
After updates are complete, verify that your chapter's forum data was updated.
Update data: Review listed forums
1. In the CM Hub, click into the Forum module or on Manage.
2. Click into Chapter Forums > Chapter Forums. Review the forums listed and ensure they are correct. Make updates as needed.

3. Stay in the Forum module of the CM Hub. Review the Forum Membership > Chapter Forum Membership tab. Ensure members are listed in the correct forum. Make updates as needed.

4. Stay in the Forum module of the CM Hub review the Chapter Forums> Chapter Forums tab. Ensure the current moderator listed is correct. Add a current moderator if blank.

5. Stay in the Forum module of the CM Hub. Under the Forum Training tab, review the data on the following lists to ensure members who completed forum training are updated.

Complete Forum Data Commitment
After you have reviewed and updated your chapter's forum data, you need to complete the final step to verify that your forum data is updated.
6. On the CM Hub home screen, click on the Actions dropdown and select Forum Verification for Commitment.
Please note, only chapter chairs, chapter forum officers, and chapter managers will be able to do this action.
7. Check the box, indicating that your chapter forum data is updated.
8. Click Save.
Things to know
Chapters must complete this chapter commitment once every fiscal year.
Chapters are recommended to take this action annually in September.
Chapter chairs, chapter forum officers, and chapter managers can complete this action.
