Usage
Trained forum moderator commitment requires chapters to have 100% of forum moderators for member forum trained. Meeting this commitment requires good data management.

Steps
Meeting this metric requires three things:
Chapter forums must be correct on the CM Hub.
Each member, couple or member & spouse/partner forum must have a current forum moderator listed.
The current forum moderator must have a moderator training achievement indicating that they are forum moderator trained.
Verify forums are correct
1. In the CM Hub, enter the Forum module or click Manage.
2. Navigate to the Chapter Forums > Chapter Forums view.
3. Verify that the chapter forums listed under Forum Name are active chapter forums. Add or dissolve forums as needed.
Add current forum moderators
Once your forums are correctly listed, ensure you have a current forum moderator entered for each forum.
4. There are two ways on the CM Hub to view which forums are missing a current forum moderator:
Forum > Chapter Forums > Chapter Forums view, if the Current Moderator field is blank for the forum a forum moderator needs to be added.
Forum > Forum Moderators > Chapter Forums Missing Current Moderators
5. Add or edit forum moderators as needed so that all chapter forums have a current forum moderator listed.
Verify forum moderator training for current moderators
After your current moderators are entered, verify which forum moderators are trained and which need to complete training.
6. View your current moderator training status on the CM Hub by navigating to Forums > Forum Moderators > Current Moderators.
The Moderator Trained column will indicate if the current moderator has a moderator training achievement. If the person does not have a checkmark that person is not moderator trained.
Encourage the moderator to register for and attend Moderator Foundations.
If the member was moderator trained previously the chapter can update their record to reflect the training. Learn how.
Things to know
As you take the steps above, the chapter commitment and chapter health code updates 24-hours after data is updated.
The moderator training commitment is for forums with members, including member forums, couple forums, and member & SP forums.
