You can view your current or past chapter health metrics anytime.

1. Select the Chapter Data module from the Chapter Management Hub homepage by selecting either Chapter Data or Manage.

2. Select the Chapter Health tab to see all chapter health records. The current record will display at the top.

3. Select a hyperlinked report from the Chapter Health Name column to see related details.

Due dates for chapter health are based on the YPO fiscal quarter:

- 1 July - Chapter needs to meet the Chapter Minimum Standards.
- 31 July - Manual updates due from chapter.
- 30 September - Quarter ends and manual updates due from chapter.
- 31 December - Quarter ends and manual updates due from chapter.
- 31 March - Quarter ends and manual updates due from chapter.
- 30 June - Quarter ends and manual updates due from chapter.
