Need to move designs, files, and folders between teams or accounts? You can copy Canva designs, files, and folders from one account or team to another
Note: You can only copy one design, file, or folder at a time.

Steps
Open Projects
1. From the homepage side panel, click Projects.
Find your Design
2. Locate the design, file, or folder you want to copy, then click the More icon (three dots) on its thumbnail.
Choose Copy Option
3. Click Copy to another team.
Select Destination Team
4. Select the team where you want to send the copy.
Confirm the Copy
5. Click Copy to confirm.
Wait for the Copy to Complete
6. Allow time for the design, file, or folder to finish copying.
Locate the Copied Item
7. You’ll find the copy in the Projects section of the selected team.
