Usage
This step-by-step guide provides instructions on how to disable pricing for an event. Follow the next simple steps when you want to create an event free of charge or if you need to remove pricing details from an event that was previously set up with a fee.

Steps
Access and Remove Pricing Options
1. Log into Cvent and navigate to the Registration drop-down menu. Click on Pricing. To remove each pricing option, click the trash icon next to the option. Once all pricing options are deleted, click Save in the top right corner.
Note: If the event is already in progress, you won’t be able to delete the fees. In that case, set all fees to 0, set Active and Display to No, and remove any associated registration paths.
Edit Registration Overview
2. Click on the Registration drop-down menu and select Registration Overview to make changes.
Disable Pricing
3.Uncheck the Enable Event Pricing checkbox, then click Save to apply the change.
Note: If Cvent doesn’t allow you to turn pricing off, read the pop-up message and follow the instructions provided. These messages are very helpful in guiding you through the process.
Remove the Payments Widget
4. Go to the Website tab to open the Site Designer.
Navigate to the Personal Information page and scroll down to the Payments widget. From the widget drop-down, click to delete the widget.
Publish your Changes
5. Once the widget is deleted, click Publish to save your changes.
