Usage
In many chapters, multiple individuals share the same officer title but handle different responsibilities. To avoid confusion and ensure members reach the right contact, you can now choose which officers are visible in the Chapter Officer Directory on YPO Connect.
Please note: all officers remain fully visible in the Member Directory and positions acknowledged on their personal profiles.

Steps
When creating a new chapter officer
1. Navigate to Operations > Create a Chapter Officer.
2. Enter officer details and check the box for Hide from Connect Officer Directory.
3. Click Save.
When editing a previously entered officer position
1. Click on the Operations module.
2. On the Chapter Officers > Current Chapter Officers view, find the officer you want to not show on the chapter officer directory on Connect.
3. To the left of the name, click the drop-down and select Edit.
4. On the pop-up, tick the box next to the Hide from Connect Officer Directory field.
5. Click Save.
Things to know
Chapter managers can take this action or undo this action at any time to manage who shows on their Connect Officer Directory for chapter officers.
A YPO associate needs to update this field if the chapter wants only certain CMs (rather than all CMs) to show for the chapter. Make this request via Concierge.
