Usage
Chapters can request that members be removed at any time during the fiscal year. It is a best practice to use this feature in February and March to ensure an accurate chapter roster prior to renewals launching in early to mid-May.
If a member wishes to leave your chapter and join another chapter, the chapter transfer process should be followed. Follow this process only to remove a member who has not voluntarily resigned or transfer to another chapter.

Steps
1. Click into the Membership module or Manage.
2. In the Membership module of the CM Hub, select the Chapter Roster tab.
3. Locate the member who should be removed and use the quick action drop-down function next to their name to select Remove from Chapter.
4. On the window that opens, complete the mandatory fields providing as much details as possible.
5. Click Submit.
Completing the action creations a case for Concierge. A YPO associate may reach out to glean additional information to process your request. Requests may take days or weeks to process based on their complexity.
The three reasons for removal from a chapter are:
Non-payment of chapter dues
Chapter policy violation
Other
If the member is resigning voluntarily at the end of the fiscal year during the YPO renewal period, please email [email protected] and copy the member on that email.
Things to know
To remove multiple members from your chapter, repeat these steps for each one of them.
Do not use this feature to remove a member who wishes to resign voluntarily. Instead, email [email protected] and copy the member on the email.
Do not use this feature to remove a member who wishes to transfer to another chapter and has initiated (or intends to initiate) the chapter transfer process.
