Usage
Forum moderators can launch the Forum Health Survey at any time. Chapter Managers and officers can use the data gathered from the moderator-initiated Forum Health Survey to assess the health of forums in their chapter/region and provide support where needed. High-performing forums use it annually to identify specific needs, resolve conflicts, and strengthen engagement.

Forum Moderator: Preparations to launch the forum health survey
Chapter Forum Officers and Chapter Managers can update forum members' affiliation in the Chapter Management Hub. Chapter Forum Moderators do not have access to the Chapter Management Hub to update forum membership.
Ensure that all member names and email addresses in CM Hub are current.
Always ensure moderator details are up to date. If no moderator is assigned, the survey is visible to all forum members.
Forum data must be updated before the moderator initiates the Forum Health Survey, as a member cannot be added after launching a survey.
If a survey is launched before the forum data is updated, contact [email protected] to cancel and restart the survey with the updated list. Reach out to [email protected] if a forum member does not receive the survey link.

Things to know
How to use the Forum Health Survey report: Once a forum receives the survey results, they can work with a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) to dig deeper into the forum’s opportunities for growth. Many forums use their FHS results to shape a SuperCharge, retreat, or a focused session.
Introducing the Forum Health Survey to a forum: YPO has created a Forum Health Survey PowerPoint that's perfect for sharing with your forum. It's especially helpful for forum officers and moderators to communicate the value of the survey, how it works, and how it strengthens forum health. Use it during a forum meeting, SuperCharge, or retreat to build momentum and encourage participation. Download it here.
