Follow these steps to retrieve your YPO Connect username.

Steps
Go to YPO Connect
1. To retrieve your YPO Connect username, go to the YPO Connect login page (https://www.ypoconnect.org).
Select Forgot Username
2. Click on I forgot my Email or Username as shown below.
Recover username
3. Enter the email address you have on file with YPO (no other email address will work).
4. Click Continue. The continue button can be clicked only after you enter your email address.
5. Once you click continue, an email with your username should arrive within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
1. If an error message appears after entering your email address, please verify that you have entered the email address you have on file with YPO.
2. If you have forgotten your email address, click on the Not sure which email to use? link and enter your date of birth and last name to recover username.
