Steps
Download the App
1. Download and install the Cvent OnArrival app to your phone from either the Apple Store or Google Play.
Open the App
2. Once the OnArrival app has been installed on your phone, click Open.
Use the Single Sign-on (SSO) option to Log in
3. Use the Single Sign-On (SSO) login option
Select Organization ID as login method
4. For the SSO login method, select the 'Organization ID' option
Enter YPO ID
5. Enter the YPO ID: YPOTX001, then click Next
Enter your Credentials
6. Enter your YPO credentials, then click Log In.
Verify by Email
7. Click the Email Code button to receive a confirmation code in your inbox.
Check your Email.
8. Open your email app and look for a message from Concierge ([email protected]). Copy the verification code provided in the email.
Return to the OnArrival app, enter the code, and click Verify
Create a 6-Digit PIN Code
9. Set a PIN code to easily unlock the app during your event. You’ll need to enter the same 6-digit code twice to confirm.
Note: Please allow a few minutes for the information to load, as the screen may be temporarily show no events when you log in for the first time. Once your account information has loaded, you can now select or search for an event and make changes as needed. You can also find more information about the app in this Cvent OnArrival Article.
