You can confirm your current and next fiscal year chapter dues are set properly after YPO has verified receipt of your chapter dues collection agreement and confirmed that the chapter dues have been loaded in the YPO system.

Steps
1. In the Membership Module, select the Renewals tab.
2a. To verify current fiscal chapter dues tiers, select the view Current FY Chapter Dues Tiers and Amounts.
2b. To verify next fiscal year chapter dues tiers, select the view Next FY Chapter Dues Tiers and Amounts.
3. Ensure that the Product Name, Product Type, Tier Level, Fiscal Year Start Date, Dues Amount for the current fiscal year as well as the next fiscal year have been added correctly.
Things to know
Please be aware of two policy updates that may impact your chapter:
Chapter Dues Collection Agreements must be newly submitted each year. YPO can no longer automatically renew agreements year-over-year.
YPO must have your chapter incorporation documents on file in order to collect your dues.
