Usage
Preboarding emphasizes peerdom with prospects before they join YPO. This is a step prior to chapter approval for all prospects who applied to YPO on or after 1 July 2025.

Steps
Navigate to Step 5: Pending Preboarding Completion
1. On the CM Hub, click into the Leads module.
2. Select the view Step 5: Pending Preboarding Completion.
Understand the view
Prospects listed are required to complete the preboarding call prior to moving to Step 6: Pending Chapter Approval.
Preboarding Status column will show if the prospect has not scheduled, scheduled or completed their preboarding call.
Meeting Date column shows the date of their preboarding call in DMY format.
After a prospect attends a preboarding call, CMOs will receive feedback from the Preboarding Champion regarding the prospect.
Things to know
Only prospects who applied for YPO membership on or after 1 July 2025 must complete a preboarding call prior to moving to the final step of chapter approval.
