YPO - Chapters & Regions

The chapter commitments dashboard allows chapters to track their progress as well as compare with other chapters, across regions, and globally.

The dashboard contains two (2) main sections or tabs.

1. Chapter View: Chapter-specific data, allowing users to select multiple chapters and see the overall status and number of chapter commitments met. This section of the dashboard also shows the current value and target for each commitment, where applicable.

2. Region &amp; Global View: Region and global level data on chapter commitments, allowing regions to monitor their region as well as compare to other regions and YPO on a global scale.

Chapter Requirements data refreshes once a day, every day at approximately 8 AM Eastern. If there is an update that you do not see reflected on the dashboard, check back the next day after 8 AM Eastern. If the change is still not reflected, please reach out to Delaney Dempsey at <a href="mailto:ddempsey@ypo.org" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ddempsey@ypo.org</a>.

The tabs at the top of the dashboard allow the user to navigate between the Chapter View and the Region &amp; Global View. The user can click the desired tab to navigate.

Users can filter the data by applying multiple filters at the top of the dashboard. Multiple chapters can be selected.

If you would like to download a table of chapter commitments data into an Excel spreadsheet:

- Find the button at the bottom left corner. 
- After clicking on the button, you will see a table of data and filters that can be used to adjust the data as desired. 
- Then click the button next to the filters, and select the sheet titled Excel Table Download.
- Click Download.
