Follow these steps to check which prospects are pending 3rd party verification.

Steps
Navigate to the Leads module in the CM Hub
1. Click on Leads or Manage to navigate to the Leads module in the CM Hub.
Find prospects pending third party verification
2. Under the Active Leads in Process tab, use the Select a View function and select Step 4: Pending 3rd Party Verification Response. This will show you prospective members that are pending response from their 3rd party verifier.
3. On the list view, you can see that the column Verify 3rd Party shows as Requested. Follow up with the prospect to ensure timely submission.
In any step if you need to edit the lead/prospect record, you can use the Edit button next to the lead's name as shown below.
Things to know
Prospects will remain on this step till the Verification is completed. Chapter managers may need to manually follow up with a prospect to ensure this step is completed in a timely manner.
