Usage
Cvent recently made some changes to the “Speakers” section, which may not be particularly useful for YPO-related work. This is just a reminder that we should not use all the functions within the Speakers Section
NOTE: The way YPO uses the Speakers feature is primarily for listing. Here are some key areas you may want to avoid using:
Within the Speakers Section, there are 4 sub-features:
Speaker List (We only use this one)
Speaker Resources (Ignore)
Site Designer (Ignore)
Site Settings (Ignore)
We currently do not use or need the other 3 features (Speaker Resources, Site Designer, and Site Settings)

Steps
1. Go to the Speaker section in Cvent
2. Click on Speaker List
You will see a list of your Speakers and Champions.

NOTE: The speaker list is particularly important. This is where we manage who displays on the website as speakers and/or event champions
