Interactive presentations allow your audience to participate instead of just watching. Use live Q&A, reactions, and polls during meetings, chapter events, or workshops to increase engagement and collect real-time feedback.

Steps
Prepare your presentation
1. Open your presentation in Canva.
2. Review slides and ensure key discussion points are clear.
3. Save and close any unfinished edits before presenting.
Start presenter mode
4. Click Present in the top right.
5. Select Present and record or Present live.
6. Choose Full screen or Presenter view.
TIP: Present live is required for audience interaction features.
Enable live Q&A
7. Once in Presenter view, enable Audience participation.
8. Share the participation link or QR code with attendees.
9. Confirm attendees can submit questions from their devices.
Manage questions in real time
10. View incoming questions in the Q&A panel.
11.Highlight or mark questions as answered during the session.
12. Moderate questions if needed before displaying.
Use additional interactive tools
13. Enable reactions to allow live feedback.
14. Use polls or prompts if available.
15. Acknowledge audience participation during the session.
End the session
16. Close presenter mode when finished.
17. Download or save Q&A results if needed.
18. Follow up with attendees after the session.
