Usage
Opt in or opt out of marketing your chapter by using the Verify/Update Chapter Requirements action in the Chapter Management Hub. This will display in the Chapter Membership Portal.

Steps
Go to the CM Hub homepage > Membership actions
1. In the CM Hub homepage, under Membership, use the Actions dropdown arrow to select Verify/Update Chapter Requirements.
Opt in or out of marketing your chapter for primary transfer requests
2. In the Primary Chapter Requirements window: To opt in to marketing your chapter, keep the box checked next to Accept Primary Transfers. To opt out of marketing your chapter, uncheck the box next to Accept Primary Transfers.
3. Click Next and Verify and Continue to reach the Secondary Chapter Requirements window.
Opt in or out of marketing your chapter for secondary membership requests
4. In the Secondary Chapter Requirements window: To opt in to marketing your chapter, check the box next to Accept Secondary Transfers. To opt out of marketing your chapter, leave the box unchecked next to Accept Secondary Transfers.
5. Click Next and Verify and Finish to get the confirmation.
Things to know
Opt in or out of accepting primary/secondary transfers at any time by following these steps. The changes made will display in the Chapter Membership Portal.
